Batching and Mixing
All the constituents of IndiaCrete Concrete are proportionately mixed on the basis of computerized percentages. Homogeneous mixing is done by using high performance pan mixers or twin shaft vibro-mixers in fully automated mixing and batching plant leaving no possibility for human error. As a result of this machinery uniformity and consistency of the end product becomes a possibility in every batch.
Capabilities
IndiaCrete RMC has established world class facilities within the well equipped Central Quality Assurance Lab of IndiaCrete which caters to the Research & Development & QA/QC requirements in the area of Concrete Technology. Each RMC plant has a Hi-tech Lab manned by experts to monitor the quality of the concrete produced.
Through field trials optimum proportions are deduced to keep the costs under control and make the products economical for our customers. Any request from the customer to develop concrete for some specific purpose is accepted earnestly by the lab technicians. They move day and night to come up with workable concrete solutions satisfying the customer.
IndiaCrete follows the avowed policy of earth conservation. So it has replaced OPC with Fly-Ash upto 20 - 25% across all grades of concrete supplied from all the four plants. This has greatly improved the workability aspect of fresh concrete and significantly enhanced the durability of concrete.
By reducing the amount of OPC used in concrete production many non-renewable resources such as fuel and natural raw material, which go into the production of cement, are saved. Fly Ash, which is a byproduct waste from thermal power stations, is difficult to dispose off. Its utilization in a productive way not only improves concrete properties but also solves the problem of its disposal.
